Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Due to the delicate nature of glass bangles and jewellery, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrectly delivered:
Glass bangles damaged due to customer handling
Products showing signs of use or wear
Products without original packaging
Customized or specially packed orders
Return Request Process
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to raise a return request.
Please share the unboxing video of the Package for damaged or wrong product. Please Note that Glass Bangles are Handicraft Product, so there could be minor variations in Size. A variation in size will not be considered as wrong product.
Return requests without proper proof may not be approved.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).
In case of approved returns, customers may be required to bear return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within the standard refund timeline.
